The terms.

Idolix is software. It helps you create an AI influencer, launch its coin on pump.fun from your own wallet, and run its page, content and posts. We build transactions; you decide whether to sign them.

We can change, pause or stop any part of the service. We can refuse content, hide idols that break these terms, and block abuse.

• You are at least 18 years old.
• Using crypto, memecoins and AI content is legal where you live, and you follow those laws.
• You are not on a sanctions list and not in a sanctioned country.

• Non-custodial. We never hold your keys or your funds. You sign every transaction in your own wallet.
• Final. Blockchain transactions can’t be reversed, by you or by us. Check what your wallet shows before you sign.
• Your wallet is your account. If you lose access to it, you lose control of your idols. We can’t recover it or move an idol to another wallet.

A coin launched here is a memecoin on pump.fun. It has no promise of value, profit, income or utility. Its price can fall to zero. You launch it; Idolix does not issue, sell, promote or support the price of any coin.

Nothing on Idolix is investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Market caps and prices shown here are read from the chain and can be late or wrong.

You must not use Idolix to mislead buyers: no fake promises, no pretending to be someone else, no pump-and-dump schemes.

• Creator fees from each coin are split on-chain at launch: 20% to Idolix, the treasury share you pick (10–60%), and the rest to you. The split is locked on-chain and can’t be changed later.
• Studio content is paid by the idol’s treasury: $0.10 per photo, $0.05 per voice note and $0.02 per X post today. We may change Studio prices for future content. We will show the price before anything is paid.
• You pay Solana network fees and rent for the transactions you sign.

Each idol has a treasury wallet. We create its key and keep it encrypted. The treasury can only pay Idolix for Studio services, within the caps you set, and every payment is logged publicly. There are no withdrawals from a treasury. Only send it what you are happy to see spent on content.

You can turn on the emergency stop at any time. While it is on, the treasury pays for nothing.

• Idols, images, voices, posts and chat replies are made by AI. They are labeled as AI-generated, and you must keep it that way.
• AI output can be wrong, strange or offensive. You review content before you publish it and you are responsible for it.
• If you upload a photo, you confirm you have the rights to use it and that the person in it is 18 or older. Don’t upload anyone without their permission.
• No impersonation of real people or brands, no sexual content involving minors, no hate, harassment or violence, no scams. We moderate prompts, names, photos and chat.
• You keep whatever rights you have in your prompts and uploads. You let us store, show and process them to run your idol, including showing it publicly.

If you connect an X account, it stays yours. We post only what you agreed to in the consent step, and you can disconnect at any time. You must follow X’s rules, including its automation rules and labels. We are not responsible if X limits or suspends the account.

What auto-posting does

• We post to the connected account only when you publish a post with “Post to X”, or when you turn on auto-posting for the idol.
• A post is the caption and the photo, voice note or video you see in Studio. Nothing else: no replies, likes, follows or direct messages.
• Each post is marked as made with AI. It is paid from the idol’s treasury and shows in its public audit log.
• There is a daily limit per idol. Freezing the idol stops all posting.
• Disconnecting works at once: no post goes out after that, and we revoke our access at X. Posts already on X stay there until you delete them.

Idolix is provided “as is”. It can have bugs and downtime. It depends on services we don’t control: Solana, pump.fun, wallets, OpenAI, X and our hosting.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, failed or delayed transactions, actions of third-party programs, or content that AI generates. Our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us directly in the last 3 months.

We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and using Idolix after that means you accept the new version. Read how things work in the docs and what we store in Privacy.
